Our Story

I’ve had fourteen surgeries. I’ve been diagnosed with Addison’s disease and trigeminal neuralgia. I’ve lost a child. I know pain in a way I never asked to learn it — the kind that doesn’t always show up on a scan, the kind you learn to carry quietly because there’s rarely a good time to say it out loud.

And through all of it, the thing I learned more than anything else is this: the worst part of pain isn’t the pain itself. It’s feeling like you’re carrying it alone.

Sore Bae started as a small act of defiance against that feeling. I wanted to make something that shows up the way I wished someone had shown up for me — softly, without needing an explanation, saying I know today was a lot. Here’s something good, just for you. You’re not alone in this.

So every flavor is made with real fruit, real care, and one belief underneath all of it: love doesn’t have to be complicated to be real. A little of it, handed to you in a small pink tin, can go further than people think.

Sore is what we carry. Bae is what carries us back.

Comfort you can taste — because sometimes, that’s exactly what a hard day needs.
